Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. This part-time role involves stocking, updating planograms, audits, and reporting via a mobile app, with a focus on independence and professional store interactions.

The position offers a flexible schedule and local market work, with travel as needed and on-site store support. Training is provided; prior merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text/email.
• Work independently with accurate, timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Retail merchandising or store experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to meet client standards.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports using a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
