Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently in stores and build relationships with store personnel.

The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement for travel between locations, early wage access, and virtual training with ongoing support. No experience required; you will receive training and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
