Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within an assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and reporting via a mobile app.

The role offers a flexible schedule in the local market, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and 401(k) with company match where eligible. Training provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
