Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the assigned area, mainly in Indiana. You will stock, set up displays, and update planograms, while completing audits and reporting via a mobile app.

The role offers flexible hours, travel between locations, and no prior experience required with virtual training and ongoing support. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
