Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and ensure displays meet client standards while working independently with a mobile reporting workflow.

No experience required; virtual training and ongoing support provided, with flexible local scheduling and travel between sites. Route hours typically average a few hours per week, with compensation starting at $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
