Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service designated retail locations in Virginia. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and report results using a mobile app, working independently with minimal supervision.

This role offers flexible hours, early wage access, and travel-time pay with mileage reimbursement. No prior merchandising experience is required as virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
