Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the local market. You will stock shelves, update displays, conduct audits, and report via a mobile app while building relationships with store staff.

No prior merchandising experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided, with travel between locations and early wage access available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to report accurately via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
