Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently, stocking shelves, updating planograms, and submitting reports via a mobile app.

This role offers flexible scheduling, travel between locations with mileage reimbursement, and early wage access. Prior merchandising experience is a plus, but not required, as virtual training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
