Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will visit stores, stock shelves, update planograms, and conduct audits using a mobile app while reporting to the District Manager.

This role offers a flexible schedule with local travel, early wage access, and 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
