Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations within a designated area. You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and communicate with district managers, all while working independently with a mobile reporting workflow.

No experience is required for training and support, with early wage access and travel compensation. This role offers flexible local market hours and the chance to build client relationships across several stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report accurately via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
