Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and assist with store resets while building relationships with store staff.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. No experience required; virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with District Manager while working in stores.
