Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service multiple retail locations in Sutton, WV and surrounding areas. You will organize product displays, maintain backroom inventory, and collaborate with store staff during daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.

Position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and 401(k) with company match. Must be 18+, able to lift 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation and internet access.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Access to reliable transportation for multi-location routes.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and information.
• Ability to learn and use a company-provided tablet.
• Must meet scheduling needs including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route and merchandise product in greeting card departments.
• Maintain organized backroom and inventory; place and monitor orders.
• Communicate with management about service and scheduling needs.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended holiday hours.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or assembly.
