Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restock and organize inventory, and maintain Hallmark product displays while collaborating with store teams.

This role requires 4–16 hours weekly with a pay rate of $14.50–$16.50 per hour, paid training, and voluntary medical, dental and vision benefits. Availability around holidays is required.

You must be 18+, read and write English, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel between stores as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Operates a handheld device for store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours during peak seasons.
• Department resets: assist with installations and fixture setups; notify in advance.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories.
