Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service stores on assigned routes across Morrisville, NC and nearby locations. You will display products, manage inventory, and maintain organized backrooms while coordinating with store staff. The role offers flexible scheduling and paid training.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide training and support. You will use a company-issued tablet to plan weekly workloads, and you may work weekends or around major holidays to meet demand.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• English literacy (read, write, understand).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with/without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation for multi-location routes.
• Reliable internet access for updates and training.
• Willingness to work weekends/major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve stores on assigned route; merchandise and organize product orders; display product in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about schedules or questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
