Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Fredericksburg, VA to work independently with strong organization and time-management skills. You will restock, place displays, manage inventory, and collaborate with store teams to support seasonal resets and installations.

The role requires 7–10 hours per week with a flexible schedule and some holiday/weekend coverage. Starting pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with paid training and voluntary benefits available for part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours around holidays and potential weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installing fixtures and relocating card sections, with advance notice.
