Job summary

Qualifications

• Part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours between 3 and 14 hours per week.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department; use mobile device for merchandising activities and reporting.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Department resets: team clearouts, installing fixtures, relocating card sections; two weeks’ notice for remodel assignments; may involve evenings or weekends.
