Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work with store teams, restock Hallmark products, and manage displays across various retailers. You will ensure inventory levels are accurate and engage customers with friendly service.

The role emphasizes independent work with a handheld device, flexibility for seasonal resets, and collaboration with other teams to support store needs in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with remodels, fixture installations, and relocating card sections with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with the Hallmark field network to support teammates across territories.
