Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will merchandise approved products, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, listening and writing skills.
• Customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandize and rotate products on display per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display area as needed.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where permitted and rotate stock.
• Organize back room by stacking products and managing pallets and shells.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel and follow up on requests and programs.
