Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida in Sebring is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products at designated accounts. The position requires Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday availability from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

The role emphasizes building and maintaining product displays, shelf placement, and replenishment to meet consumer needs. As the primary Coke Florida associate in customer accounts, you will manage back-stock inventory, communicate account

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours with valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
• Proficient computer application skills.
• Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product. Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and merchandise products at designated accounts.
• Maintain displays and equipment placements to standards.
• Manage back-stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
• Ensure shelves and POS materials meet standards and rotate products.
• Conduct store surveys and communicate account activities.
