Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Antonio is seeking a Merchandise Supervisor to provide frontline management supervision across policies, procedures, projects, and safety of all Merchandise locations. You will lead a team to deliver guest experiences from the start.

The role requires excellent communication, experience, ability to lift 25–50 pounds, knowledge of Kronos, ParkWare, MMS, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Student must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license; if visiting/ military, license from state of residency and DMV report; must complete Company Driver Training and obtain SWC license.
• High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise policies, procedures, projects, personnel, and safety of all Merchandise locations.
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the start.
• Supervise and develop direct reports through training, feedback, and coaching; write and distribute performance tracking.
• CoordinateWork orders and Kronos timecard management.
• Monitor stock flow, Min/Max levels, restock displays, and manage damaged merchandise.
• Assist with plan-o-grams, product activation, and merchandising events.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest requirements and needs.
• Occasionally support other locations and departments as needed.
