Job summary

St. Matthew’s House in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a part-time Merchandise Pick-Up to assist the store in carrying out the merchandising vision, ensuring product is properly assembled and placed to attract guest attention and support loadouts.

Experience in retail with POS is desirable for this position. Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, maintaining the sales floor, and delivering excellent customer service while aligning with our mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment with POS familiarity.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to balance tasks on the sales floor and support events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure excellent service.
• Unload merchandise and support loadouts; maintain safety.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Interact with Store Manager and team to support merchandising goals.
• Participate in store events as scheduled and carry out duties as directed.
