Job summary

St. Matthew’s House in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Seasonal Outlet Processor to receive, sort, and process merchandise while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. No experience is required; training will be provided to operate equipment and perform duties safely.

You will assist with loading/unloading, help manage cash wrap activity, and coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth store operations. Overtime and some holidays may be required in a faith-based, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: No experience necessary, will train.
• Travel Demands: Flexibility in work hours; some overtime and holidays.
• Confidentiality: Works with confidential information.
• Mental/Visual Demands: Normal mental and visual capabilities.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming merchandise and sort/process according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, sorting areas, storage and grounds.
• Assist with loading/unloading items and move products between areas.
• Operate heavy equipment when trained and certified.
• Communicate with supervisor and provide daily updates on needs.
