Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our Northborough, MA location.

You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotional execution for a customer-ready store environment. Responsibilities include leading SOPs, enforcing policies, providing MOD coverage, and managing stock, pricing changes, and ship-from-store fulfillment with a focus

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards with accountable teams.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership.
Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
