Job summary

Parker Personal Care Homes (PPCH) in Boulder, CO is seeking a Licensed Therapist or Graduate-Level Unlicensed Therapist to deliver outpatient, person-centered mental health services to individuals with complex diagnoses in the Boulder / Northern Colorado area.

Our Behavioral Therapists facilitate individual, family, and group therapeutic services, and will provide therapeutic supervised visits to families involved with the child welfare system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field in Human Services.
• Interest in pursuing Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Minimum of two years of professional, relevant experience preferred.
• Trauma-informed therapies training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, person-centered mental health services to individuals with complex diagnoses.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, interventions, and case management.
• Develop and monitor treatment and discharge plans; maintain case files.
• Coordinate with families and child welfare system; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
