Job summary

Parker Personal Care Homes is seeking a Licensed Family Time Therapist (FTT) to provide therapeutic family time services, aiming to promote reunification, safety, and well-being for children, adolescents, and adults within the child welfare system.

The role involves supervising visits, preparing reports, and coordinating with a range of resources to support families. A Master’s degree and Colorado licensure are required, with private practice ownership preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, mental health, or similar field.
• Licensed in Colorado as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.
• Must operate a private practice.
• PPCH required training provided and must be completed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or other similar software.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional, directly relevant experience.
• Training or education in trauma-informed therapies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervised and Therapeutic Supervised visits to youth and families involved with the child welfare system.
• Prepares reports and behavioral plans.
• Assists with therapeutic mental health and counseling services for adults, adolescents, and children in homes, community settings, and PPCH offices.
• Maintains a caseload of clients with regular communication and scheduling.
• Assists with treatment plans, discharge plans, and follow-up care plans.
• Ensures individuals receiving services are healthy, safe, and valued by others.
• Participates in audits and attends meetings as needed.
