Job summary

Parker Personal Care Homes Inc. seeks a Licensed Therapist or Graduate-Level Unlicensed Therapist for a part-time position in Boulder, CO.

You will deliver outpatient, person-centered mental health services and support to adults, youths, and families, with a focus on coordinated care and compliance with regulations. You will manage a caseload, conduct evaluations, and contribute to treatment plans, reports, and community-based services while coordinating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Graduate-Level (Unlicensed) Therapist: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field in Human Services.
• Licensed Therapist: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field in Human Services; Colorado licensure required.
• Both roles require knowledge of community health care and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and counseling services to adults, adolescents, and children in homes, community settings, or offices.
• Maintain a caseload with regular communication with clients and caregivers; schedule appointments.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapeutic interventions; provide case management.
• Assist with treatment and discharge plans and prepare reports and behavioral plans.
• Maintain case files and documentation; support community access per individual plans and ISSP.
• Model respectful, therapeutic support; encourage self-advocacy and independent decisions.
• Coordinate with resources for additional services as needed; ensure compliance with laws and PPCH policies.
