Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or counseling required.
• Licensed mental health clinician (LPC/LPCC/LISW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/PsyD/PhD) or be within 2 years of licensure.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in counseling and mental health services (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12+.
• Lead support groups or psychoeducation groups as appropriate.
• Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
• Complete documentation timely in EMR and use MS Office.
• Address social needs and facilitate referrals for specialty care or hospitalization.
