Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on outcomes-driven care. This 20-hour-per-week role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.

You will lead groups and psychoeducational activities, document progress in the EMR, and ensure timely, compliant care for patients ages 12 and older. A Master's degree and licensed status are required.

Qualifications

• Master's level licensed mental health clinician (e.g., LICSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPCC/PhD/PsyD)
• Must obtain licensure within 2 years of hire if in progress
• BLS Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment)
• Preferred: 2+ years as independently licensed behavioral health clinician
• Preferred: experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families 12+ years.
• Lead groups and psychoeducation sessions as appropriate.
• Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
