Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families within a multidisciplinary clinical team. The role emphasizes outcomes, coordinated care, and high-quality documentation.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and may lead groups or psychoeducational sessions while collaborating with clinicians to ensure integrated care and timely referrals.

Qualifications

• Master's level licensed mental health clinician.
• Will need licensure within 2 years if in process.
• BLS certification or commitment to obtain on hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12+.
• Lead support groups or psychoeducation sessions as appropriate.
• Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics.
• Coordinate care with other behavioral health and medical clinicians within the team.
