Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a licensed Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and up, with emphasis on treatment planning and proper documentation. The role includes group sessions and coordination of care with the clinical team.

Responsibilities include leading psychoeducational workshops, using MS Office and EMR systems, and collaborating to ensure integrated behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensed mental health clinician required (psychologist, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
• Must obtain independent licensure within 2 years of hire.
• BLS certification or will be certified upon hire.
• Experience in providing counseling and mental health services (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment).
• Preferred 2+ years as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy to ages 12+; patient-centered outcomes.
• Lead groups and psychoeducation sessions; deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
• Complete timely documentation in EMR and coordinate referrals as needed.
