Qualifications

• Intercollegiate rowing or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and instruct student-athletes in the Men’s Rowing Program.
• Evaluate skills and develop lesson plans to improve performance.
• Provide regular feedback on athletic performance.
• Participate in scouting; assist with practice and race planning.
• Collaborate with head/assistant coaches and support staff to mentor student-athletes on and off the water.
• Ensure safety during training and racing.
