Job summary

Full Bloom Memory Care is hiring Memory Care Partners for weekday daytime shifts in Evanston. This role focuses on companionship, engagement, and dementia‑care activities designed to keep residents active and connected.

You will build relationships, lead meaningful activities, and provide supportive caregiving tailored to each client’s interests and needs. Ideal candidates are warm, dependable, and enjoy working with older adults.

Qualifications

• Consistent weekday availability Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Lead cognitive, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Engage clients in walks, outings, games, and crafts.
• Support daily routines and personal care as needed.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
