Full Bloom Memory Care in Evanston is seeking a Part-Time Memory Care Partner for weekday daytime hours. This role emphasizes companionship, engagement, and dementia-care activities, with shifts 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Friday, about 20 hours weekly.

You'll build relationships, lead activities, and support residents through meaningful experiences. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and training in memory care.

Qualifications

• Consistent weekday availability Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Able to work approximately 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation to Evanston area.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Create engaging experiences based on each resident's interests.
• Encourage movement, walking, and healthy routines.
• Lead cognitive, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Accompany clients on community outings and social events.
• Provide compassionate caregiving and personal care as needed.
• Communicate with dementia care team to ensure continuity of care.
