Full Bloom Memory Care® in Illinois seeks Memory Care Partners who blend caregiving with meaningful engagement. You’ll tailor daily experiences to each client’s personality, interests, and abilities, combining supportive care with purposeful activities.

A typical day includes coffee and conversations, walks, games, brain-stimulating activities, music, and outings. We offer top-tier pay, consistent full-time schedules, and training in memory care, with mentorship and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable availability with a consistent weekly schedule.
• Availability to work one recurring weekend day.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Eligibility to register with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Health Care Worker Registry.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Create engaging daily experiences tailored to each client's interests and abilities.
• Lead cognitive, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Encourage movement, walking, and healthy daily routines.
• Accompany clients on senior center and community outings.
• Support independence while providing compassionate caregiving and personal care as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate closely with Full Bloom's dementia care team to ensure exceptional continuity of care.
