Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK seeks a Life Enrichment Associate to plan and direct activities for Memory Care and Assisted Living residents, encouraging participation through a person-centered approach and meaningful one-on-one experiences.

You will coordinate a diverse activity schedule, support resident wellbeing, transport residents by bus when needed, and collaborate with a friendly team to deliver high-quality hospitality and enrichment across the campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Senior Living community experience is preferred.
• Recreational therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct a wide scope of activities for residents.
• Encourage participation through person-centered activities.
• Drive passenger bus and ensure safety during transport.
• Maintain equipment and organize supplies and bulletin boards.
• Support resources and inform residents of upcoming activities.
