Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Associate to plan and coordinate activities forMemory Care and Assisted Living residents. You will lead engaging programs, encourage participation, and support residents’ wellness in a person-centered approach.

This role involves facilitating group and one-on-one experiences, safely transporting residents, and collaborating with a caring team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Senior Living community experience preferred.
• Recreational therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct a broad range of activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Encourage participation based on person-centered preferences and abilities.
• Drive passenger bus and ensure resident safety during transport.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and bulletin boards in an organized manner.
• Assist in gathering resources and informing residents of upcoming activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to hospitality standards and residents' needs with a service-first mindset.
