Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a part-time Memory Care Life Enrichment Associate to plan, coordinate and direct activities that meet residents' wellness needs across Assisted Living and Memory Care.

You will encourage participation, tailor programs to individual preferences, and support daily life enrichment while maintaining safety and confidentiality on a close-knit memory care team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Recreational therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct a wide range of activities to meet wellness needs of Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
• Encourage resident participation based on person-centered preferences and abilities.
• Drive passenger bus and ensure resident safety during transport.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and bulletin boards in an organized manner.
• Assist in gathering resources and informing residents of upcoming activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Adhere to Hospitality Promises and provide professional, friendly service.
