Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Andover is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to develop and lead engaging programs for residents in our memory care community. The half-time schedule runs 10am–6pm Friday and Saturday with a third day flexible, totaling about 22 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working in a senior living environment is preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Some experience in activities and with dementia preferred.
• MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE A LARGE VAN.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents and helps keep them engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.
