Job summary

Glenview Park District seeks a part-time Fitness Membership Engagement Coordinator at Park Center Health and Fitness in Glenview, IL. You will be the friendly first touch for prospective and current members, drive membership sales, and assist with marketing and community outreach.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up, CRM management, and maintaining strong member relationships while upholding high customer service standards. Requires driving license for local events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or related field.
• Certifications or active memberships desirable.
• Valid Illinois driver's license required for local health fairs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for prospective and current members.
• Build relationships with members through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
• Generate membership leads via in-person, phone, email, and events.
• Follow up with leads to maximize membership sales opportunities.
• Conduct tours and communicate benefits and services of Park Center Health and Fitness.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Membership Supervisor to set tour standards.
• Achieve or exceed membership sales goals through referrals and inquiries.
• Maintain professional communications via phone, email, and written channels.
