• Ability to travel to Canyon Branch for Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with telephone and email chat requests; answer questions and conduct account transactions.
• Sort and route mail to appropriate departments and prepare outgoing mail.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members.
• Maintain member account information in the computer system.
