Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine member account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, wires, cashier checks, loan and VISA advances, lobby drop and closing accounts.
• Balance cash drawer daily, process direct deposit forms, process daily mail, provide dual control to balance the cash vault.
• Identify and offer products and services to meet members' financial needs or refer to an appropriate representative. Participate in campaigns and meetings. Meet performance goals.
• Accurately record and track all member interactions, referrals and sales, following policy and maintaining integrity.
• Answer basic member inquiries pertaining to accounts.
• Conduct routine research on member accounts as necessary.
• Assist members by accepting/completing applicable forms.
• Participate in AML/BSA training; adhere to AML/BSA policy, perform CTRs, identify suspicious activity and refer to Compliance; OFAC checks per procedures.
• May be required to work weekends or extended hours, including offsite events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
