Partnership Financial Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative for our Des Plaines office. You will help members with deposits, transactions, and inquiries while learning PFCU products and services to cross-sell and build relationships.

You will report to the Branch Manager and strive to meet sales goals in a friendly, professional environment. Evening hours may be required and flexibility is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships and meet individual or organizational goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to advance.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone or email with prompt, accurate service.
• Proficient use of credit union software and Microsoft Office.
• Process various member transactions and documentation within set limits.
• Build rapport and cross-sell PFCU products and services.
• Stay informed about PFCU products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Maintain cash drawer, audit logs, and supply inventory.
• Collaborate with team and may work at other PFCU offices as needed.
