The Member Services Lead provides front-line relational service to participants and staff throughout all hours of operation at 4 locations: the Student Recreational Sports Center (SRSC), Bill Garrett Fieldhouse (BGF), Indiana University Tennis Center (TC), and Indiana University Outdoor Pool (IUOP). This role offers hands-on experience in communication, time management, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills that are transferable to any future career. All positions require active participation in the RecSports community and a dedication to fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere for all.
These positions require standing for long periods of time and frequently moving about the workspace. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
This position requires early morning, evening and weekend shifts.

Minimum of 8 hours per week, not to exceed 29 hours per week across all campus positions.
