Job summary

Planet Fitness, part of National Fitness Partners, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a welcoming, Judgement Free member experience. You will answer phones, greet and sign up new members, process purchases at POS, promote fitness classes, and help maintain a clean, safe club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones with a friendly tone using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
