Qualifications

• Open online accounts for current or potential members.
• Provide information on a full range of credit union products and services.
• Assist members with telephone requests and direct calls to appropriate area.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with card services: processing orders, blocks, travel notices and reports.
• Assess early detection of fraud and perform investigations with documentation on disputes/chargebacks.
• Support I-Pay Solutions inquiries and daily reporting tasks.
