Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones warmly and greet members, sign up and tour new members.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
