Job summary

MECU is a not-for-profit financial institution serving Baltimore-area members. MECU seeks a part-time Greeter at Loch Ridge Branch to welcome members, assist with basic needs, and help maintain a safe, hospitable branch environment.

The role supports front-desk flow, signs in members, and guides them to the appropriate areas. The schedule includes Monday through Friday 8:30am to close with 2–3 days off per week, plus Saturday hours; Saturday hours are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of security experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of Fire or Police experience, Preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and attend to the initial/basic needs of members.
• Greets, signs in members and directs them to the appropriate areas of the branch.
• Watchful of building and surroundings to ensure a safe transition as staff opens and closes the branch.
