MECU Credit Union is hiring a Part-Time Account Services Representative I/II for their downtown Baltimore call center. This non-remote role requires dedication to member service with instruction and supervision provided. Compensation is hourly, with benefits under MECU’s program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (general studies) is required.
• ASR I – 18 months Call Center experience preferred.
• ASR I – 1 year Member/Customer Service experience required.
• ASR II – 2 years Call Center experience preferred.
• ASR II – 1 year Member/Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from members to provide information about MECU products and services.
• Investigate and resolve member questions and issues related to accounts.
• Cross-sell MECU products and services as appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, courteous phone demeanor and accurate records.
