Job summary

Recovering Hope Treatment Center INC. is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications and support our nursing staff in Mora, MN. No experience is required, and we will train you to start a healthcare career.

This part-time role is 24 hours per week with a schedule of 2:30pm–11pm on Tuesday and Thursday, plus every other weekend. Pay is $18.00–$24.19 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to utilize and navigate computers to complete daily documentation.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Card (training offered onsite).
• Must be at least 18 years of age for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administer scheduled and PRN medication under the direction of Registered and Licensed nursing staff.
• Provide legible documentation of client participation and progress in the client record.
• Report unsafe conditions to nursing staff and/or Medical Director in a timely manner.
• Support nursing staff regarding clients' health-related needs.
• Record clients' health status (vital signs, intake/output) and communicate to nursing staff.
