Hilltop Community Resources in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a part-time Medication Aide to assist in administering medications as prescribed, verify accuracy, document actions, and report any errors. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience, plus a Colorado ID.
Certifications include QMAP; CPR/First Aid is preferred, and de-escalation training is also preferred. Background checks and health clearances are required prior to hire.

An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for assisting and administering medications as outlined by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, to include verifying the accuracy of the medications administered, documenting, reporting errors, and reordering medications as required.
